You Decide
We aim to sell properties within 6 months or we can introduce you to a specialist lettings and management agent.
Returns
If you sell, you will be covered by our Cash-backed Downside Protection.
If you rent, we will introduce an agent offering a Rent Guarantee.

Downside
protection
The plan offers investors cash-backed protection for 20% of the property’s initial basic purchase price until the property has been sold and you have recouped that initial purchase price plus the cost of the refurbishments.
Minimum rental

If you decide to rent your property, we will introduce you to a trusted letting and management agent who will offer a 6% gross yield per annum Rent Guarantee in place of the Downside Protection.
